Overall experience was really comfortable. We chose this place for super location very close to park to rear with river, good equipped, and the pub across the road, and fair prices. Greatly enjoyed the bathroom, it was nice. The apartment was 4 km from Rubigo, where we enjoyed our drinks...

The location of this place was fantastic, being close to everything. The bed wasn't that comfortable, but overall I enjoyed my stay. Additionally, they provided a microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher which was very convenient. 🌟

We had a comfortable stay in Matlock very close to other areas, the centre of town and the pub. It was great and beautiful to local transport. Its 2 bedrooms were separate.

Arriving was a breeze, with the keys waiting in the key box as described. the parking permit was also conveniently provided. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, and the comfort level was outstanding. the pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. And the beds were cozy and comfortable. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials.

The noise from the nearby tapas bar and the busy main road was quite disruptive, especially during weekends. The entrance door was difficult to close and required slamming, which was inconvenient and potentially dangerous.

Stayed at a central location with excellent accommodation - Cotton Rooms. I loved my stay and would highly recommend it to friends. The free parking, although in an odd place, was not a problem. a great choice at a fair price.
